James M. Losito, DPM is originally from Los Altos California and a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. Dr. Losito attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine and completed two years of residency at the Veterans Affairs Hospital and California College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Losito is currently a Professor in the School of Podiatric Medicine at Barry University. He serves as attending Podiatrist to the Barry University athletic program, Inter Miami CF of Major league soccer and the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association. Dr. Losito is a Past President of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Losito is the director of The Fellowship Program in Podiatric Sports Medicine and practices at Mercy Hospital in Miami, Florida.
